Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically processed within 24 hours.
Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed more than 30 days ago.
Return Requirements:

The product must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable Items:
Certain health and personal care products (e.g., opened cosmetics, toiletries).
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

If the product is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, we do not accept returns.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours and automatically credited back to your original payment method.

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and we will notify them of your return.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, exchange items may take different amounts of time to reach you. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
